Ok , so I’ve been doing a lot of fashion illustration recently, and I was asked to come up with concept designs for a black evening dress with sequins, but without a slit. Something great for classy parties. Came up with this and I’ll love to hear your thoughts.

Ankara design concept

This is a concept illustration for an off the shoulder Ankara jumpsuit with simple rose designs. I tried to keep its design modern but still retain its traditional Nigerian touch. Its rose pattern design is simple and bright, which agrees with many Ankara trends. I also tried to make the sketch models pose and anatomy realistic. I also accessorised with classic Nigerian flat sandals to complement to its traditional look.
