This is a concept illustration for an off the shoulder Ankara jumpsuit with simple rose designs. I tried to keep its design modern but still retain its traditional Nigerian touch. Its rose pattern design is simple and bright, which agrees with many Ankara trends. I also tried to make the sketch models pose and anatomy realistic. I also accessorised with classic Nigerian flat sandals to complement to its traditional look.

This was a fashion illustration showing an Ankara blouse with frills. I tried to give the sketch model a realistic pose. I also tried to capture the actual floral print of the blouse and its frilly base. Its style is supposed to be modern and a bit street, but still retain its traditional Ankara nativity.

So I was really taken by one of the most pristine places in the world. The Erin ijesha falls in Nigeria. I tried to capture it in all its beauty in my art. I subtly blended a lot of colors in this, I also used a wide variety of brushes.
This artwork is for an African awareness campaign. It also reflects my feelings about my continent. Its based on the misconceptions some folks have about Africa. The woman holding her child is suffering and impoverished, which is the concept many have about Africa, but her reflection is happy and well fed which is the reality of many Africans. Most Africans don’t live half naked in huts and trees. They are intelligent, well fed, well clothed and well housed people. I went with wide tipped brushes to give the artwork a realistic look.
This was a commission on the African Zulu heritage. I used a lot of green to give the painting a natural look, I also used a lot of grainy brushes.
